Phase 1: Nervous System Reset is the essential foundation of our 12-week signature yoga therapy journey. This first phase is designed to gently guide you out of chronic stress and into a state of safety, calm, and balance—one breath at a time.

Explore the real reasons why your sleep may be disrupted and how chronic stress impacts your rest. You’ll discover how to prepare your body and mind for sleep using yoga therapy tools that retrain your nervous system for deep rest.

Discover the power of your breath as a direct pathway to nervous system healing. You’ll be guided through specific breath practices that calm anxiety, boost resilience, and help you feel more in control of your inner world.

Experience the healing magic of Yoga Nidra, a guided meditative practice that invites your body into profound relaxation and repair. Perfect for anxiety, burnout, or chronic insomnia, this week gives you permission to fully rest.
