Shifting Stress Responses & Expanding Resilience (Weeks 5–8)

In Phase 2, we move from awareness into active transformation. You’ve built a foundation of nervous system understanding and safety—now it’s time to begin repatterning the stress responses that have kept you stuck in survival mode.

This phase is where old patterns meet new possibilities.

You’ll explore how to:

  • Recognize and interrupt automatic responses like shutdown, people-pleasing, or hypervigilance
  • Release stored tension and emotion through somatic tools like movement expression, power poses, and breathwork
  • Reclaim your sense of agency, voice, and healthy boundaries
  • Practice regulating in real time, so you can respond instead of react

Through a combination of weekly education sessions, guided practices, and your private yoga therapy check-in, you’ll begin to rewire the pathways that have long told your body it wasn’t safe to fully show up.

🌀 In this phase, you’ll:

  • Explore your stress response patterns and learn how to shift them
  • Practice embodied empowerment tools like grounding through movement and posture
  • Learn to recognize triggers and windows of tolerance in your daily life
  • Begin building resilience—not by pushing through, but by tuning in

You don’t have to force change. You just need the right conditions to make it possible.
Phase 2 helps your body remember what’s always been true: you are capable, worthy, and safe to move forward.
