This final phase is all about bringing the work into your real life—not as something extra, but as something you now carry within you.

In Phase 3, we focus on consistency, clarity, and embodiment. You’ll begin integrating the tools, practices, and self-awareness you’ve built so far—so they become natural supports in your everyday rhythm.

This is where your nervous system healing becomes a lifestyle.

🌱 In this phase, you’ll:

  • Build a personalized regulation plan that works for your body and your schedule
  • Learn how to apply somatic tools to relationships, boundaries, routines, and decision-making
  • Explore what resilience looks like in daily challenges—and how to return to your center when life gets messy
  • Strengthen your ability to self-regulate, self-reflect, and self-honor

We’ll also explore how to plan for disruptions, create a 30/60/90-day wellness rhythm, and identify the core practices and tools you want to continue using long after the program ends.

  • Reflective prompts and practices to help you measure your growth
  • A closing 1:1 yoga therapy session to help you review progress and anchor your integration plan
