Discover how your daily choices influence your long-term mental and physical wellbeing. You’ll build a rhythm that supports your goals by aligning your morning routines, workday energy, and evening wind-downs with your nervous system’s needs.

🌿 Week 11: Creating a Sustainable Nervous System & Sleep Plan

Build on what’s working and craft a practical, sustainable approach to maintaining calm, sleep, and nervous system balance. You’ll learn how to adjust your plan as life evolves, so you don’t fall back into old cycles of burnout and anxiety.

Reflect on how far you’ve come. Identify your most powerful tools and outline a clear 30/60/90-day path forward. This final week celebrates your growth and prepares you to maintain momentum as you move into the next season of life.
