📅 How the Program Works: 12-Week Cohort Model

To create a deep, connected and safe environment, Embodied Resilience™ runs in small-group cohorts — meaning you’ll journey alongside a community of others who get it.

Each cohort is 12 weeks long and follows this format:

  • Weekly Live Group Sessions (on Microsoft Teams)
    Once per week, we meet as a group online to dive into that week’s theme, go through the content together, and close with a full yoga therapy practice — designed specifically for nervous system regulation and somatic healing.
    (Recordings available if you can’t attend live.)

  • 3 Private 1:1 Yoga Therapy Sessions
    You’ll receive three individual sessions, booked with Kristine once the program begins, to get personalized support for your unique needs. These sessions are held virtually and are completely tailored to your body, stress patterns, and healing goals.

  • 12 Weekly Modules with Lifetime Access
    Each week unlocks a new module with simple education, somatic practices, guided yoga and meditations, visual workbooks, and therapeutic tools — designed to be gentle, clear, and life-changing.

PHASE 1: FOUNDATION — Understanding & Befriending the Nervous System (Weeks 1–4)


Build a strong foundation by learning how your nervous system works, how stress and trauma show up in the body, and how to gently reconnect through breath, movement, and awareness. This phase sets the stage for deep healing and lasting regulation.

PHASE 2: REPATTERNING — Shifting Stress Responses & Expanding Resilience (Weeks 5–8)

Meet Your Guide: Kristine O’Hara, RN, Yoga Therapist , & Holistic Nurse Coach (in training)


With over a decade of experience as a registered nurse specializing in mental health, I’ve seen the toll that chronic stress, trauma, and emotional exhaustion can take—not just on the body, but on the heart and soul.

That’s why I created Embodied Resilience™—to bridge the science of the nervous system with the healing power of somatic yoga therapy. I’ve completed 1000+ hours of yoga therapy training and am currently advancing my integrative skills through the Comprehensive Holistic Nurse, Nurse Coach & Consultant certification—deepening my ability to support others through trauma-informed, whole-person care.

My approach combines evidence-based medical knowledge with the intuitive practices of breathwork, mindful movement, nervous system education, and compassionate presence. This isn’t just yoga. It’s a complete recalibration of how you relate to your body, your emotions, and your life.

I know what it’s like to live in survival mode—and I also know that healing is possible.
